Welcome to my website. I’m an editor and writer currently living on the California Central Coast. Think San Luis Obispo but a little farther south toward Santa Barbara.
Nipomo is now my home and, believe it or not, was an answer on Jeopardy. The question: “Where is the best weather in the U.S.?” Less than a mile from my house is the original campsite where famed photographer, Dorothea Lange, took the iconic photo of Migrant Mother that became a symbol of the Great Depression in the 1930’s.

Equality: What Do You Think About When You Think Of Equality? A Collection of Personal Essays
Equality is a hot topic. One cannot deny that the concept is as important today as it was in the past. Perhaps even more important. But what does the word mean? More important, what does it mean to you? In Equality, twenty-five award-winning and best-selling writers, including Anne Perry, Christopher Bram, Rob Byrnes, Michael Nava, Catherine Ryan Hyde, Anne R. Allen, Felice Picano, Barbara Abercrombie, and Victoria Zackheim, take the theme and run with it. As you read through these funny, smart, and thought-provoking essays, I bet you'll be asking yourself the same question: What do I think about when I think of equality? It's bound to happen.
